Sam is amazing! I’ve had chronic shoulder and neck pain for years and her sessions have not only helped ease and control the pain, but also allowed me to become more flexible in my body and movement as well as improving my gut health. Her sessions are great, from the acupuncture to the visceral massage and stretches, if you want to improve your body and health (and in doing so also your mind) then I cannot recommend her highly enough.
