MY APPROACH

I believe the body has an extraordinary innate intelligence and capacity for healing. It is constantly working to restore balance, adapt, and protect us.

Rather than seeing the body as something that needs to be fixed, I see it as something that needs to be listened to, supported, and given the right conditions to heal.

When the body feels safe and has the support, resources, and space it needs, we can create the conditions for its natural healing processes to unfold.

I also believe that healing cannot be understood by looking at the physical body alone. We are interconnected beings, and our body, mind, spirit, and energy are constantly communicating and influencing one another.

This is why I look beyond the symptom or condition and consider the bigger picture. Instead of asking only "What is wrong?", I want to understand "What is happening within the whole person, and what might be contributing to this imbalance at its root?"

My work brings together different modalities to support the whole person: body, energy, mind, and spirit.

Through traditional Japanese therapies such as acupuncture and acupressure, visceral massage, myofascial release, and sacro-cranial therapy, I work with the physical body as an interconnected system, supporting balance, alignment, mobility, and ease.

I also use Bioresonance to explore the energetic dimension of wellbeing, while Compassion Key and Vortex Healing allow us to explore the emotional, mental, and spiritual layers of your experience.

I don't see these as separate areas to be treated independently, but as interconnected dimensions of who you are. By bringing them together, we can look beyond what is happening on the surface and explore the deeper patterns that may be contributing to imbalance.

For me, holistic healing means looking at the whole picture.

The body, mind, spirit, and energy are not separate systems operating independently. They are constantly communicating and influencing one another.

This is why I don't believe in a one-size-fits-all approach. Every person has their own history, patterns, experiences, and way of responding to life.

My intention is to create a space where we can slow down, listen to what your body and inner world are communicating, and explore the deeper layers that may be contributing to imbalance.

Ultimately, my work is about supporting you in reconnecting with your own body and innate capacity for wellbeing physically, energetically, emotionally, mentally, and spiritually.

I don't believe the body needs to be forced into healing.

I believe it needs to be supported, heard, and given the conditions in which healing can happen.

MY STORY

My journey into healing began with my love of the physical body. I've always been drawn to movement and sport, and after 10 years as a chef, I developed a deep appreciation for nourishing the body through food.

In 2017, while preparing to become a personal trainer and CrossFit coach,

I injured my shoulder. After months of physiotherapy, chiropractic care, osteopathy and rehabilitation, the problem kept returning whenever I trained.

Then I discovered Japanese medicine.

Within just a few treatments, my shoulder dramatically improved, and I was fascinated by how differently the body could be understood and supported. In 2018, I began studying Japanese medicine, opened my clinic in 2020, and have continued learning this wonderful modality ever since.

My own healing journey then took me beyond the physical. Digestive and skin issues, emotional stress, mould exposure, and the impact these experiences had on my nervous system led me to explore bioresonance, energy healing, trauma work, and consciousness through Vortex Healing and Compassion Key.

Over time, I realised that the most profound changes happened when I stopped looking at these things separately. Body, mind, spirit and energy are deeply interconnected.

This is the understanding I now bring into my work. Rather than simply addressing what's happening on the surface, I look at the bigger picture and the deeper patterns that may be contributing to imbalance.

My journey continues to teach me that healing isn't about fixing something that's broken. It's about creating the right conditions to reconnect with ourselves, listen to our bodies, release what no longer serves us, and remember who we truly are.

And that's what I want to help you do too.

Sam is amazing! I’ve had chronic shoulder and neck pain for years and her sessions have not only helped ease and control the pain, but also allowed me to become more flexible in my body and movement as well as improving my gut health. Her sessions are great, from the acupuncture to the visceral massage and stretches, if you want to improve your body and health (and in doing so also your mind) then I cannot recommend her highly enough. See her! (But not if it means she gets too booked up to see me though!).

Sam is fantastic, her method is extremely effective and her understanding of how to fix your problems is second to none. My shoulder was in a bad way, locked up, and I was fearing surgery to repair it. Her work found the root cause and released the whole area to the point that I’m now pain-free and able to restrengthen it in the gym.

I’ve now had two treatments with Sam and wow, what an experience! Her knowledge is incredible and you feel that so much is being done in a session, it’s fantastic to feel that she is not just looking at the one injury/problem but treating the entire body as a whole. Looking forward to my next session!
